Netty is a skilled and dynamic attorney with dual-state licensure in New York and New Jersey and holds a Regulatory Affairs Certification. She brings a unique blend of legal, educational, and transactional expertise to the table. With a proven track record in managing complex claims and providing strategic counsel, Netty excels in regulatory affairs, conflict resolution, and strategic planning.

While in private practice, Netty provided comprehensive legal counsel on a diverse range of matters, including organizational governance, estate planning, and family law. She also served as a Contract Instructor, preparing and presenting educational content on fraud, waste, and abuse to corporate clients. Additionally, Netty has significant experience in investigating cases of fraud, waste, and abuse through consulting roles with Special Investigations Units.

Prior to this Netty worked for multiple large insurance providers managing litigation for high-exposure claims, collaborating with underwriters, and recommending policy modifications. Netty’s innovative strategies contributed to increased client retention and effective risk management.

Earlier in her career as an Associate and Law Clerk, Netty worked across a range of legal practice areas, including employment law, personal injury, and estate planning. Notably, Netty successfully conducted estate planning presentations in Spanish.

With a background in biochemistry and experience as a Senior Associate Scientist at Pfizer Inc., Netty combines scientific acumen with legal expertise. Her robust skill set in strategic planning, conflict resolution, and bilingual communication underscores a commitment to driving positive outcomes in complex matters.

In her free time, Netty mentors teen athletes, and contributes to the legal field as a content consultant for crime literature. She can often be found enjoying a hike, a day at the beach or doting over her puppies.
